Hey guys! So, I recently got my hands on the Lorac Mega PRO Palette 2 and haven’t kept my hands off of it since it’s arrived in the mail. I’ve been swatching like crazy and sniffing out any dupes (or at least, semi-dupes) I could find in my collection.
Now, I will say that although my collection is decent sized, it’s not enormous like you may see from other beauty bloggers/vloggers. So, when I say that I couldn’t find a dupe for something or could only find something pretty close, that’s just specific to my own collection. I’m sure there are closer, more suitable dupes out there, this is just what I’ve come up with!
Anyways, with that said, let’s get into this! It’s quite a long post, so buckle up.
Hey guys! So I’m back for another weekly installment talking about the best beauty deals of the week. I was going to post the Lorac Mega Pro dupe-a-thon post tonight but I haven’t finished it just yet, despite working on it all day. So I’m definitely going to post that tomorrow. Soon, I swear, there will be a City Color mineral blush review, Ipsy bag review, and many, many more posts to come! Along with keeping this post coming every week. After this next week, midterms are going to be over so I should be way less stressed than I am right now. I still wanted to keep this post coming at ya though just to keep you in the loop about these deals.
For a detailed explanation that will hopefully answer any of your questions about these posts, please see this post to clear anything up! Now, let’s take a look at what’s coming up this week!
Hey hey hey guys! I’m back for another weekly edition of the best beauty deals for the week! I know I said I would be back during this past week for another post other than one of the best deals, buuuut as I say in every post, classes have been kicking my ass. In fact, it’s nearly midnight and I’m just getting done with studying for two midterms I have to take tomorrow. Oh fun!
Anyways, there’s tons of posts I want to make soon, and I promise I will do them! Hopefully after midterms, things will be way less stressful and I can get back into doing two posts a week if I can. I know I mentioned a review on City Color blushes, but I’m actually going to do a Lorac Mega Pro Palette 2 Dupe-A-Thon soon so the blush review might need to take a hold! (But hey, late is better than never, right?)
ANYWAYS, let’s focus back on this post, yeah? For a detailed explanation that will hopefully answer any of your questions about these posts, please see this post to clear anything up! Without any further blabbering, I’ll get right on into this week’s deals!
Hello all! Hope you’re having a great week. Little bit late here with this post, sorry, but class is really kicking my behind this semester. Promise there will be another post around Thursday or so, though it is only an Ipsy bag review. But, over the weekend I will have a review on City Colors mineral blushes! Meanwhile, be sure to check out some of my older posts to keep yourselves entertained!
For a detailed explanation that will hopefully answer any of your questions about these posts, please see this post to clear anything up! Let’s hop right into this week’s post though!
Anyways, hey guys! Back again (finally) for another review. This is an exciting one! This one is on the new Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks from their Fall 2015 “Here’s to the Wild Ones” Limited Edition collection (in case that wasn’t clear in the title). These lipsticks are priced at just $1.99 a stick, which is a super steal. The shades are mostly fall-oriented shades with a few pops of color thrown in. I love the original megalast lipsticks, so I as soon as I saw these on the display shelf of Rite Aid, I snatched them up. Let’s take a closer look!
Hey guys! So as you might have seen, I did a little introductory post about weekly posts I plan on doing from now on, but here I’ll go a bit more in depth about it all.
So, I love shopping for good deals. I usually don’t pay full price for any of my makeup unless I have to (like if it’s a product I need but most likely won’t go on sale any time soon). I am very thrifty when it comes to my makeup, and I would like to start spreading my thrifty wisdom onto you all! So, here we are.
Soooo it’s been over two weeks since I last posted, oopsies! I’ve just been preparing for when classes start again and trying to enjoy the last few moments of summer, so I’ve been a little bit too busy to post. My bad! But, luckily, here I am once again, for your reading pleasure.
This week, I have an Ipsy Bag review. Now, going into it I had high hopes, especially since my last Ipsy bag was totally amazing. But, unfortunately, this month was a total dud. Usually when I get a dud bag, there’s at least one product that I’m like ‘okay, I really like this’ about, but this month there wasn’t a single thing I could see myself actually using frequently enough to keep in my collection. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Hey guys! Hope you’re all doing well. Today is pretty exciting, I’m doing my very first Ipsy bag review! Woo! I’ve been receiving these bags since around November, I believe, and have been pretty happy with the majority of them, and luckily, this month is no different.
For those who don’t know, Ipsy is a subscription bag service that is only $10 a month. Every month, you get a themed bag that contains 5 makeup or beauty products. Sometimes they are small sample sizes, deluxe sample sizes, or even full sized things! I believe it is way worth the $10 (most months, at least). This month’s theme is Summer Lovin’, so let’s take a dive into the bag and see what I got!
Hey guys! Whoa, a post on a Monday night rather than the weekend? Weird, right? Well, it’s because I won’t be able to post something two weekends from now because I’m going on vacation, so I figured I’ll post something now to make up for it!
Today I have another Physician’s Formula Review, but unlike last time, it’s not just about discounted products. It’s even better: A free product! Yep. Physician’s Formula had a giveaway of sorts a few weeks ago that I entered, and ended up being one of the winners! I wasn’t even sure what exactly I was entering to win, to be honest, but I just went for it. And then, this morning, a lovely little surprise arrived in my mail! The Physician’s Formula Sexy Booster Cat Eye Collection Mascara! (Is it just me, or do they have some ridiculous names of products?) The packaging I have says it is a “new” product, and I think that’s why the giveaway was going on, but when I googled the product there are reviews of this product since January of this year. Maybe it was only in select areas before, and now they’re going to be distributing them everywhere? I haven’t seen this at my local drugstores, so it would be new to my area, but who knows!
Hello all! Hope you’re all doing well. Although I’ve been trying to stick to reviews, I figured that while I’m packing for vacation it’d be fun to show you guys what I’m packing makeup wise for vacation!
There is a teeny issue with that though: I am not a light packer when it comes to makeup. I’m one of those people who are like ‘Well what if one night I want to do a bright berry lip? I have to pack one of those then!’, even when I know there will be nothing that calls for that while I’m away. So this is kind of extensive. But, I’m sure if you read some of my other posts, you’ve realized I like to be quite thorough with my reviews and explanations, so lets get started!
